Missouri Courts

The Missouri Judiciary includes three levels of trial courts where John M. Albright, (573) 712-2538, practices:

  • The Supreme Court of Missouri.

Circuit courts are further partitioned into divisions for associate circuit, small claims, municipal, family, probate, criminal, and juvenile. These are courts of original civil and criminal jurisdiction.
